  • The CANRI group of products are now available through the NSW Natural Resource Atlas portal, based on the Catchment Management Authority areas of operation. It represents a revolution in the way we access data on the Internet. Find out more about the Atlas.

  • Flora Online - A comprehensive botanical treatment in an electronic format. This site presents a demonstration of one approach to an electronic Flora of New South Wales.

  • The CANRI program was realigned to meet the needs of the Catchment Management Authorities of NSW. Websites will be searchable by CMA area.

  • The State Biodviersity Strategy Biodiversity data is a range of datasets about the conservation of biodiversity at state, bioregion and ecosystem levels.

  • Green Web Sydney, goes live! This application, designed to access local biodiversity data, was launched this month.

  • ALGKEY, a project of Royal Botanic Gardens is now completed  and a sneak preview of the application is now available. The url supplied is still temporary and link from the CANRI homepage will be made once the final url is supplied.

  • Key wildlife habitat and corridor maps, with summaries of the integrated data behind them, covering from Newcastle to the Queensland border, and west to the Inverell area.

  • New NSW  Natural Resources Atlas now available - The Atlas now features easier and more flexible navigation, pop-up description of tools and a simple search option. You do not need knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to operate the Atlas.

    Currently there are approximately 160 data layers, covering a wide array of natural resources data, accessible through the Atlas.

  •  Water Quality Data Availability - Details about sites where water quality data is collected by 
    NSW Department of Land and Water Conservation. Includes site locations, how long data has 
    been collected and what tests have been conducted.
